By using the Support Found Australia website and submitting a request you agree to the following terms.

Our service

Support Found Australia is a free matching service that connects NDIS participants with registered NDIS providers. We do not provide NDIS services directly and are not responsible for the services delivered by any provider we refer you to.

Eligibility

To use our service you must have an active NDIS plan. By submitting a request you confirm that you or the person you are enquiring on behalf of holds an active NDIS plan.

What we do

We use the information you provide to identify and connect you with suitable local NDIS providers. We aim to be in touch within 24 hours of your submission.

What we don't do

We do not guarantee that a suitable provider will be available in your area or that any provider we connect you with will have immediate availability. We are a referral service only.

Our providers

We only work with providers who are registered with the NDIS and hold a minimum 4 star Google rating. However we do not conduct independent audits of providers and recommend you conduct your own due diligence before engaging any provider.

Your information

By submitting your details you consent to Support Found Australia sharing your contact information and support needs with relevant NDIS providers for the purpose of matching you with suitable support.

Free service

Our service is completely free for participants and their families. We are funded by the providers we work with.

Limitation of liability

Support Found Australia is not liable for any outcomes arising from the services provided by any NDIS provider we refer you to. Any agreement for support services is solely between you and the provider.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
